Downloadable Goods & Subscriptions if not instant are guaranteed within 12 hours of your purchase, but normally much sooner.


Returns, Refunds & Cancellations


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of ordering, or 14 days after delivery of the goods from us or by receipt of them. Services provided by us will not be charged until after the service has been completed or after the work has been finshed and satisfactory service has been agreed by both UKTV Spain and the client.

You will be entitled to a full refund under our returns, cancelation and refund policy. Credit Card payments will ensure you will receive a refund in full and within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Other methods like bank transfer, Direct Debit may take up to 14 days.

    How do I return a product after delivery?

    Should you wish to return a product to us please call us first on 0034 965 888 835 and we can discuss the problem and whether you require an alternative product to be sent to you or a refund.

  • You may return the goods within 14-days from the day of delivery or receipt of them
  • The product must be in pristine condition without any safety or security seals broken
  • No claim must be made against any product or plan that we have provided for you for free or as part of your purchase
  • For all returns the product must:

  • Be complete with all manuals accessories etc.
  • Be returned along with any free gifts it may of included.
  • Returned to our mailing address above.
  • What happens if my product arrives damaged?

    Although we take every care to ensure your product arrives to you in pristine condition on rare occasions a product may get damaged in transit. If you do receive a damaged product please call us straight away on 0034 965 888 835 and we'll discuss collection and either a refund or replacement product.
